Effects of agreement This Agreement embodies the entire understanding between the parties with respect to, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreement, oral or written, relating to, the Software. Governing Law: This License Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of European Union. It was drawn up in accordance with the civil and copyright laws. YOU CONFIRM, that You got acquainted with this Agreement and fully understand its terms and agree with them.
